The following cases have been selected to show what sort of experiences people can have – and how we respond.

In each case we have changed the names of the clients – and removed any other information, which may identify them. We take client confidentiality seriously.

The only exception to this is when the SSPR conducts a ‘vigil’ (an on-site investigation) in a public/commercial property – and the owner has already contacted the press and given us permission to use their name(s) in subsequent reports.
