LECTURES & EVENTS
LECTURES
The Scottish Society for Psychical Research provides an unrivalled opportunity to learn more about the paranormal in a friendly & accessible setting. We host a monthly lecture programme – running from September to April – held in The Boyd Orr Building, Glasgow University [Glasgow, Scotland]. More...
MEETINGS
We also have less formal meetings held in smaller venues – typically public halls in the West End of Glasgow.
For our meetings, please see our What's On listings on our Home Page!
REFLECTIONS
One such meeting is called ‘Reflections’, which is open to both visitors & members. These meetings provide an opportunity for open discussion on any topic, but typically begin by discussing the previous lecture. What many members & visitors enjoy is an opportunity to talk about their own paranormal experience – and share that experience with others. There is a break for tea & coffee.
For our Reflections Group Meetings, please see our What's On listings on our Home Page!
INVESTIGATORS GROUP
The Investigators Group is only open to SSPR members. Members wishing to attend Investigator Group meetings should make themselves known to an SSPR Council Member or to Innes Smith or Tricia Robertson. Investigator Group Meetings focus on previous cases, ongoing cases & training

EVENTS
Occasionally we have special events, which are much appreciated by our membership & well attended by visitors. In the past we have held dinners, psychometry evenings, study days, public demonstrations of mediumship & vigils in haunted locations.
Any events will feature on our What's On listings on our Home Page!
